INTERRUPTING OR ASKING QUESTIONS:
Ring a bell when you hear someone interrupt the speaker or ask a question.
This allows the person sharing to stay on track with his or her though.
This is about speaking and self awareness.
It is not for the person listen to understand where it is coming from.
Later when the speaker questions his or herself on why the bell was rang, ask yourself why do you believe the bell as rang.
This is when I receive an "Ha Ha Moment" gift.
