I have dedicated my life to helping others discover their own brilliance. I started my first power Circle in 1999, and they continue to have success all over the world.
Power Circles are a place to share your goals and dreams, to expand positive daily growth. An opportunity to practice positive speaking, to exercise new and fun ways of expressing oneself. To recognize your passion and how it is available for your success.
In a Power Circle, you may expect to:
Deepen listening skills Share your awareness, without judgement Discover different ideas and new visions Become aware of what is desirable in your life Get clarity on your next step Share all of your daily miracles Strengthen your ability to bring peace into your daily life Watch others grow wiser
Bells Place small bells around, in reach of each person.
If or when you or anyone feels they have heard something said in a negative approach, ring a bell.
This will allow the person to understand how their words sounded to others.
They can take this opportunity to rephrase or let it go and continue on in a constructive way.
For a great listening tool in a SMPC, we hold a small mirror. I made my first mirror by cutting a piece of cardboard into the shape of a mirror, wrote the words " I heard you say" and " Pass" in bold colors, and added 3 coats of laquer. To make it fun, I then added some positive word stickers. Close to the end of an SMPC, have each person hold the mirror ( or they have the freedom to pass) and share something they heard from each person. ie, I heard that you used courage, I heard you where successful. These are the qualities used to make their day.
