DESERVING AWARDS
I was extremely troubled the night I attended one of Sheila's groups for the first time.
I shared my dilemma, pain and frustration, as well as steps I was taking to help heal the situations.
I'll never forget the outpouring of love and support as the group validated me in ways I'd not considered possible.
Sheila sketched a rose on a large sheet of paper and filled it in with all the positive traits and actions the group observed about me.
It still hangs on my wall, as a reminder of who I am, and the women who helped me know the truth.

Congratulation to you for all your beliefs and conviction. Again that shows what positive feelings and thoughts can do. It's refreshing to bring out only the positive.
We all need positive vibrations and testimonials. If it can be done and you believe in it whole heartily, thin it will be done! Sheila's positive feelings truly do bring out the very best in everyone. Each of us who practices in the positive will soon see an amazing transformation and it will make a difference in everyone you touch. This is so essential for everyone, especially family and loved ones, whom we all often take from granted. INTERRUPTING
I was amazed at how effective it was to shift my focus to looking for the good and then seeing good show up. I learned to notice when I was running tapes that weren't what I really wanted and realized that I could change the tape and get exactly what I wanted. No longer a victim of circumstances, I was able to manifest my hearts abundance of good and that good is available to all who believe it's possible.
Sheila's coaching and real life exercises through power circles has taught me to use only words that express my highest and best good. There is no room for resentment but only wishing the best for every human being. When one is doing well, we all do well as we are all connected. I have been coached by one who ha proven it works by practicing what she teaches. I now know that every situation can be transformed into good by choosing to see it as being so. Thanks Sheila!
